SDG 13 — Climate Action

Climate action is happening everywhere — in homes, schools, businesses, farms, councils, and communities — often led by young people who are turning worry into practical change. SDG 13 is about cutting emissions, building resilience, adapting to climate impacts, and protecting the most vulnerable. It’s also about solutions that improve everyday life: warmer homes, cleaner air, safer streets, healthier food, thriving nature, and stronger communities. This SDG 13: Climate Action page on SDG.VISION shares films and stories of real-world action — from local initiatives to global projects — that help people and nature thrive in a changing climate.

If you’re taking climate action, your story can help others act faster.

  • Youth-led climate action and school/community campaigns

  • Projects that cut emissions: energy, transport, food, waste, buildings

Because solutions spread through storytelling. A short film can:

  • make climate action feel possible and practical

  • help others replicate your approach in their own community

  • attract partners, volunteers, skills, and support

  • build momentum for adaptation and resilience planning

  • celebrate real progress — and inspire the next step
