SDG 17 — Partnerships for the Goals

Big change happens when people work together. SDG 17 is about partnerships that turn good intentions into real outcomes — across communities, schools, councils, charities, businesses, universities, and international networks. It’s about sharing knowledge, building capacity, mobilising resources, and collaborating across sectors to deliver progress on every SDG. This SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals page on SDG.VISION shares films and stories of practical collaboration — showing how partnerships are formed, how trust is built, and how shared goals become shared action.

If you’ve brought people together to deliver SDG impact, your story can help others build partnerships that work.

How to send your film

  1. Upload your film via WeTransfer

  2. Send it to: Share@SDG.VISION

  3. Include (if you can): film title, your name/organisation, location, and a 1–2 sentence summary of the partnership, the outcome, and what others can learn from it.

We may also invite you to a podcast conversation with Pierre (SDG.VISION Director) to explore how your partnership works, what made it successful, and what others can copy.

Why share your partnership story?

Because good collaboration is a skill — and stories teach it. A short film can:

  • show how partnerships form (and how challenges were handled)

  • help others copy structures that build trust and deliver results

  • connect new partners to your work and widen impact

  • encourage cross-sector collaboration instead of siloed effort

  • celebrate shared achievement and inspire more cooperation
