SDG 5 — Gender Equality
Gender equality is about fairness, safety, rights, opportunity, and respect — in homes, schools, workplaces, public life, and online. It’s about ending discrimination and violence, challenging harmful norms, and ensuring everyone can learn, lead, earn, and live with dignity. This SDG 5: Gender Equality page on SDG.VISION shares films and stories of practical action — led by young people, communities, organisations, educators, and employers — creating safer, more equal spaces for all.
If you’re working to advance gender equality in real life, your story can help others take action too.

Why share your gender equality story?
Because stories change what people believe is “normal.” A short film can:
inspire safer cultures in schools, clubs, workplaces, and communities
spread practical approaches that reduce harm and expand opportunity
connect people to services, allies, and support networks
strengthen partnerships and help good work travel further
celebrate progress while staying honest about what still needs to change
Quick call-to-action (use as an on-page advert)
